Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) partnered with Rolling Orange to revamp its BARTable website, a popular guide that connects people to Bay Area destinations accessible by public transit. The goal was to enhance usability, improve accessibility, and drive greater engagement. RO’s UX team refined the client-created designs for full responsiveness, while the Drupal development team seamless with other platforms to provide a richer experience for users.
The redesigned BARTable website offers enhanced user experience and navigation, making it easier to explore restaurants, events, and attractions near BART stations. Email newsletter subscriptions have surged, reflecting increased user interest, and a promotional sweepstakes tied to the relaunch has gained widespread participation.
