The new front door to a huge institution.
With two major hospitals, a school of medicine, and a few dozen healthcare centers spread across Chicago, there’s a lot to know about Loyola Health. Our mission: create a unified site that provides an accurate snapshot of the organization and directs people to the right place.
Working with the executive team and various internal groups, we developed a comprehensive Web strategy, audience personas, and a set of working wireframe prototypes to chart the course and test our content.
Once the prototypes were complete, we tackled visual design, and then built the site with the Drupal content management system.By working with all of the stakeholders and audiences up front, we’re able to provide a solution that fits what Loyola Health wants to say about their brand, and helps customers find their way through a complex enterprise.
